26th- In side jump straights & turns, UNO Fitness
27th-Fitness Dice 1. Skip around the edge of the gym. 2. Plank for 20 count. 3. 20 sit-ups. 4. Touch all four walls in gym. 5. 20 jumping jacks. 6. Slid one length of gym gallop one length of gym. & Nuclear waste transfer, Nubula track, Traffic jam
28th-Skate rink fitness, walk, jog, skip, sports skill movement, jog with opposite gender, & Marble Maze, Hoop n’ Hollar, Human Knot

9th- 4 corner fitness-run, skip, walk, grapevine & Make up test & optional testing-mile and modify pull-ups.
10th- Skate rink fitness, Make up test & optional testing, Tennis courts over basketball
11th- 10 minute on the track 1 min run/1 min walk, basketball, walk & talk or volleyball
September 14th-18th
14th- Warm-up secret corner where one person sits in the middle and is blindfolded and points to a corner to come join the middle and do a physical activity as pushup squats. & Fitness components- teaches more on skill related to components,
- reaction time- laying on stomach get up when they hear clap or roll right or left on clap, lay on back roll on stomach,
- balance,- stand on one foot right, left
- power-Vertical jump-stand jump or 1 step, or standing long jump
- speed- 25 meters
- agility-dot drill, 40 time, ladder
- Coordination- soccer drill
15th- Warm-up 8 mins on track kids have to run 1 min before they stop. & Teach skill related to components –Coordination, speed, balance
16th- Free choice, running, strength training bars/ dumb bells, bosu balls/ABS, Dynamic stretching
17th- Fitness Dice-Health & Fitness skill components & Dance “watch me whip”
18th- Warm up “watch me whip dance”-Dance-50’s-Bunny hop, hand jive, Conga, YMCA
September 21st-25th
21st- Straights and turn, skate rink fitness, Mat ball due to raining outside. Baker class joined ours.
22nd- outside on track straights and turns for 10 minutes & Tinikling, Hula-hoops, double Dutch
23rd--Fitness –Bars and Dumb bells, different types of Relays/running, Abs/Bosu balls.
24th- Workout Video and 8th graders work on their dance.
25th- 10 minutes on track 1 min run/1 min walk & Eagle ball or Volleyball
September 28th-october 2nd
28th- Switch Outside leisure games- warm up 2 lap run on track & Wall ball, 4 square, Horse shoe, Speed mitten “Catterson gone so did Eagle ball & Volleyball”
29th- 2 lap fitness & leisure games-wall ball, 4 square, horseshoes, speed mitten
30th- Fitness- Dumbbells, P90X ab ripper , Fun running
1st- 2 lap Ladder run & Corn hole, Bocci ball, Ladder Golf.
2nd- Continuous relay race. & Corn hole, Bocci ball, wall ball, 4 square, basketball shooting game “horse”
October 5th-9th
5th- Fitness warm up-squats, crunches, sprints, short relay race, Corn hole, ladder golf, Bocci ball, hackie sack
6th-2 lap straights and turns & football, ladder golf, Wall ball, 4 square, corn hole Bocce ball, basketball
7th- Fitness Day SEED on Field – Track walk, basketball, 4 square, football.

October 12th-14th
12th- 6 minutes on the track & Soccer, flag football, and Volleyball
13th- Making the portfolio, basketball, 4 square, wall ball, Volleyball, walk and talk., soccer, flag football.
14th- Making the portfolio, basketball, 4 square, wall ball, Volleyball, walk and talk, soccer, and flag football.
October 19th-23rd-Volleyball
19th- 3 lap fitness 1 lap run it all, 2nd- 3rd straights and turns & Skill development-Stations, Forearm passing, setting, spiking, serving, how a game is played
20th- Relay races until your back in your spot you started, & Warm up serving for 5 minutes then Volleyball game
21st- Wednesday Fitness Day-rained so P90X video or walk and talk on the track.
22nd- Dice Fitness & warm-up serving for 5 minutes & Scooter Volleyball or Beach Volleyball
23rd- 10 minutes on track, 1-minute walk/ 1-minute jog & Serving Test out of 5 tries and play a volleyball game
October 26th-30th
26th- 2 Laps straight and turns, 4 square Volleyball.
Battleship or called crazy netball
27th- 3 laps fitness 1 lap run all, 2nd lap straight and turns on track & 4 square Volleyball.
28th- Wednesday Fitness Day –walk the Color run course
29th- Ladder relay for 5-6 minutes & Scooter volleyball or beach ball volleyball. Rained half through day so all classes inside playing volleyball.
30th- Rained so Catterson & Koehn class joined. Warm-up Jump, step jog, then volleyball and if it’s not raining outside can go outside and walk and talk on the track.
November 2nd-6th- Fielding/Striking
2nd- 10 minutes playing Run sheep run & Going over the basics of how to throw & catch. “Fielding” Groups of 3 in a triangle-grounder, throw, pop-up rotate each time the ball comes to you. & Hot box /Pickle
3rd-Health Classroom
4th- Fitness Day
5th- Health Room
6th- 2 laps around the field & warm up throwing and catching with a partner. Batting get in groups of 5. 1 batter, 1 catcher, 3 out fielders. 8th grade will start getting into mini games.
November 9th-13th-Fielding/Striking
9th-Warm-up 10 minutes doing Hot Box & Softball Game
10th- Triple Softball-Batter hits three balls off the T and runs around 2 bases like a triangle for points. Fields have to get all three balls back on the T’s.
11th- No School
12th- run 1 lap around field then dynamic warm-ups & Cricket
13th- Students choice of fitness & Kickball
